What it is

Seven pages for a small independent estate agency or a property manager. Home, Listings, a listing detail template, Sell With Us, Rentals, Team, Contact. Listings come from a CSV or JSON file you can export from a spreadsheet, and the grid filters by suburb, price band and bedrooms in the browser with no server involved.

The listing detail page has a gallery, a bond repayment calculator in plain JavaScript, rates and levies fields, and an enquiry form that carries the listing reference through to the email. Agent profiles link to their own listings. Fifty or sixty listings is comfortable; several hundred will make the build slow and you should be using a feed instead.

Suits an agency with a handful of agents that wants to stop paying a portal for a subdomain. Not a portal itself — there is no agent login, no automatic feed from Property24 or Private Property, and no deal pipeline.
