The thing that makes a site this size work is the menu, and this one carries twenty-six links across three columns without becoming a list you scroll. Everything else follows from that.

Suits construction, property, manufacturing — anything with depth that gets flattened into three bullet points on a smaller site. Overkill for a business with four services.
