Handover Room
A read-only page per client: what stage the work is at, files, and what you need from them.

Once. Yours to keep
The shape of it, not a screenshot
What it is
A small portal you hand a client a link to. One page each, nothing to sign up for. It shows the stage the work has reached with a date and a line of explanation, the files they can download, the list of things still outstanding on their side, and how to reach you.
Access is by a long unguessable URL and nothing more. That is honest enough for drafts, site previews and project files; it is not enough for anything confidential, and the readme says so. You supply the content as one markdown file per client, and the files themselves as links to wherever they already live. Nothing uploads and nothing is stored.
It suits a freelancer or a two-person studio tired of answering where are we by email. It is the wrong choice if the client has to upload, comment, approve, pay or sign, or if you need real accounts with passwords and a reset flow.
What you get
- Client page with stage tracker, files and outstanding items
- One markdown file per client
- Private index page listing every client, excluded from the public build
- Script to generate unlisted URLs
- Printable summary for a handover meeting
- Empty client template to copy

This one is written up but not built, so there is no live version to show. Ask me and I will tell you honestly how long it would take.
