Callout Board

A board for tracking jobs from booked to invoiced. Five columns you can rename, cards you drag between them, and a page per job holding the address, the contact, the notes and the photos. It is meant to be read on a phone in a van and on a monitor in the office, so the layout collapses to one column on a small screen.

It ships with a JSON file of made-up jobs so it runs the moment you open it. Replacing that with real jobs is your side of the work. Point the fetch at a Google Sheet, a Supabase table, or whatever your office system already exposes; there is one file that does the reading and one that does the writing. No database is included, and no login screen. Put it behind your own auth or keep it on the office network.

It suits a firm with a few teams and a whiteboard it has outgrown. It is the wrong thing if you want quoting, timesheets and invoicing in the same place, or if the crew needs to work offline in a signal hole and sync later. It shows what you connect it to and nothing else.
