Day Sheet

A diary for a business that books people into time slots. The week grid runs staff or rooms across the top and the working day down the side. The day view is a single column for when the week is too dense to read. The print layout produces the paper sheet the front desk wants in its hand at eight in the morning.

Working hours, slot length, staff and services live in one config file. Bookings come from your own source; it ships with a generated week so the grid is full the first time you open it. The interface blocks a clash on create and on move, but real enforcement belongs to whatever you write to, since two people can be looking at the same slot. There are no reminders, no payments and no public booking form. This is the staff side only.

It suits a clinic, a salon or a workshop taking bookings by phone and WhatsApp that wants them off a paper diary. It is the wrong choice if customers should book themselves, or if you need recurring appointments, waiting lists, deposits or cancellation fees.
