Rondel Badge Set

Six round badges with type running around the ring and a small mark in the middle: a wheat ear, a hammer, a cup, a mountain, a fish, a plain star. Each has an inner and an outer rule, and space for a founding year at the foot of the circle. The ring text is real text on an SVG path, so the words can change without anything being redrawn.

Every badge comes in three states. Full detail for print, a simplified version that keeps its shape at 32 pixels, and a single-line version for a stamp or an embroidery file. SVG and PNG throughout, plus a favicon set cut from the simplified version. Two colours per badge, a dark and a stock paper tone, both checked for contrast on white and on the dark.

Suits a trade or a food business. Coffee roasters, breweries, butchers, cabinetmakers, anyone who wants a mark that looks stamped rather than drawn on a screen. Wrong choice for software or anything financial, where a seal reads as borrowed authority. It also stops working below 32 pixels, however much I simplified it.
